We will meet at 9 am on Sunday, September 13 at the Oaks Bottom parking lot (Sellwood Riverfont Park) off of Spokane St at the base of the Sellwood Bridge on the east side of the Willamette River.

You will need to bring with you:
Water bottle
Sitting setup that you have tested
Lunch and any needed trail snacks
Attire for the weather
Sunscreen; some of the trail is quite exposed to sun
Backpack to carry it all
Mountain and Rivers Sesshin
This wilderness sesshin is conducted in partnership with Ring of Bone Zendo in the Sierra foothills.
